A Message from the Chair

The Election Assembly is rapidly approaching and I wanted to mention a few things.

  1. Please make copies of the agenda, proposals, and reports that are currently on the website under November 2012 Elections Assembly and bring them with you to the Assembly. There will be limited copies available at the Assembly and they are intended for folks without the ability to print their own copies.
  2. If you have put forward a proposal to be voted on this Assembly, please be sure you have copies made as the Area does not make copies.
  3. For those interested in being a Standing Committee chair in Panel 63, you do not have to be present at the Election Assembly to put your name in the hat. You can notify me at [email protected] and I will pass it along to the new panel of officers.
  4. Several of the proposals relate to changes in the Structures and Guidelines, so it will be helpful if you bring along your copy.
  5. As always, please bring your Service Manual and, if you are a GSR, your GSR Handbook.

Mahalo,

Cheryl N.
Chair
Area Chair 17
