Mynah Bird Call for Material!

Aloha everyone and Happy Holidays! I am hoping to put out a holiday issue and have lots of ideas. Feel free to choose one or more and write a couple of paragraphs or send me an announcement.

  1. As you complete your yearend summary and send it off to Miranda, why not jot down a paragraph about:
    • How being in service has enhanced your sobriety.
    • Your favorite AA event or experience and why.
    • How your life has changed since your very first AA meeting.
    • Your very first AA meeting.
  2. Service sponsors – How you have benefitted from having one or being one?
  3. How you’re celebrating this holiday and how it’s changed since getting sober.
  4. “Heard in a Meeting” quotes
  5. Rule 62 (Don’t take yourself too damn seriously.) – jokes, poems,. Experiences
  6. Announcements – Alkathons etc.

The deadline is December 10 – I hope to put it out by December 14.

Mahalo for your efforts in this busy time of year.
